Shipping Policy

We ship weekly but some items may ship within 1-2 weeks of your purchase as we make small batches. All items are shipped via First Class USPS and larger orders may be shipped in Priority Flat Rate boxes.

Happie Coconut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. First Class shipping does not include insurance, so if you would like additional insurance to ensure your package is protected, please contact me before you complete your order.

Herbs, however, contain active components that can trigger side effects and interact with other herbs, supplements, or medications. For these reasons, you should take herbs with care, under the supervision of a health care provider qualified in the field of botanical medicine.

All customers purchasing herbal products accept full responsibility for any results experienced during their use. These items are sold with the understanding that you, the consumer, know their uses, but if you have any questions please feel free to ask me.

Please store products away from heat over 75 degrees fahrenheit, and high humidity to help preserve their integrity. Keeping them in a hot car or other such places could cause fragile oils to seperate, waxes to melt and decrease the lifespan of your item.
