Great consistency and absorbs fast. I am very particular about the magnesium I use and where it’s sourced. This magnesium is Zechstein magnesium chloride harvested from ancient seabeds. How to Use Magnesium Lotion
I use this or regular magnesium spray on my feet each night to help sleep and boost magnesium levels. It’s also a great product to use for sore or restless muscles. You don’t need to use it all over like a body lotion for results, but you can. I personally don’t use it on my face either as it may clog pores.

TIP 3: RELIEF FOR HEADACHES & MIGRAINES. Rub on your shoulders, neck and the back of your head. Try to do this at the onset of any headache for the best results.
TIP 4: RELIEVE SORE MUSCLES. You can rub your muscles at different stages of your athletic training. One of the options is to use it pre-workout - this will also help to prevent muscle tightness and increases the flexibility. For post-workout relief, apply after taking a shower. This will help your muscles to recover and avoid soreness.
TIP 6: FULL BODY TREATMENT. Once you are sure that your body is accustomed to magnesium, you can have a full body massage with it. Bring your magnesium to a massage therapist. Give yourself a good rest after the massage and make sure you drink sufficient water as your body will have flushed many toxins out of the lymphatics system and you want to assist the body in moving these out.
